When
the ADX value of a stock is above 40, The Stock
Butler can give us two kinds of messages.
If you look at the Price History page of your favorite stock, for example CELG,
you will see something like this:
On
this page you see Blue Bishop message (warning) and Red Bishop (liquidation) message.
When the ADX is above 40 and going up (Blue Bishop with a small warning
sign)
When the ADX is above 40 The Stock Butler will show you a Blue Bishop signal
because the rule says that a Bishop could occur when the ADX is above 40 and
going down.
As you may know the Bishop signal by itself is a one day condition
only. This means that it is active only the day that the ADX, which is above
40, goes down.
If you mouse over this icon you will see this message:
When
the ADX is above 40 and going down (Red Bishop with a small 'X')
The day that the ADX goes down then the Bishop signal is activated for that day
and the rule will apply to all your current positions. This includes the pyramid
position that you have on that stock.
The next day whether the ADX is going up or down you will only see the Blue
icon and not the red icon because the signal is past.
If you mouse over this icon you will see this message:
Hope this helps!
Should we sell on Blue Bishop or Red Bishop Print
