In order to change the credit card related to your subscription you have to log in to your PayPal account.

Once you log in, you can access your Credit Card information by going into the Profile Menu and the Add or Edit Credit Card sub menu.



When you are in the "Credit Cards" page, you will be able to modify your credit card information.
